Chocolate Espresso Martini
Chocolate. Liqueurs. Espresso. What else do you need in life?
There’s a reason why people love this cocktail— it’s decadent, delicious, and can stand in for dessert any time. This recipe makes one generous cocktail, or for those who don’t want to have that much caffeine late at night it divides into 3-4 mini martinis perfectly.
My best advice? Select premium ingredients for everything from your vodka to the coffee beans for your espresso and even your chocolate for shaving. You won’t be disappointed— you may even come back for another. —CFG
Ingredients:
1 oz premium vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz crème de cacao
1 shot dark roast espresso
Ice
Dark chocolate for shaving
Coffee beans for garnish
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, add 1 oz of premium vodka, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, 1 oz of crème de cacao, and 1 shot of espresso.
Add a handful of ice to the shaker and seal.
Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until a creamy foam forms.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Top with fresh chocolate shavings and top with 2-3 coffee beans.
Serve and enjoy!
