Watermelon Cocktail
summer cocktails never tasted so sweet.
This recipe came about from an overly ripe watermelon that needed to be used up fast. Thanks to a little mixology this accidental cocktail has become one of our summer staples.
I prefer to use a citrusy gin, but a vodka would also work well. Flavour infused gins/vodkas would also make for an amazing twist— looks like it’s back to mixology class! — CFG
